Spacious Echota Home with Mountain Views & Resort Amenities

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The person making the reservation is required to sign the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

• Guests staying in Echota Ridge Boulders have access to both of Echota Resort's clubhouses. One clubhouse offers an indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, and event space. The Ridge Clubhouse at the top of the mountain offers an outdoor pool with a waterfall and mountain views, another fitness room, a game room, and more event space.
• Echota Resort offers several hiking and walking trails, a riverside park, and in-club catch & release fishing at either of two stocked ponds.
• Guests of Echota Ridge Boulders have access privileges to all the following Echota amenities: Indoor & Outdoor Swimming Pools (Please reference Echota map. A third pool is restricted and designated for Echota Homeowners), Watauga River Trout Fishing, Stocked Fishing Pond, Club House Fitness Centers and Billiards Table, Hiking & Biking Trails, Bocce Ball, Outdoor Sports Recreation Area. Many photos on this web listing reflect Echota amenities which are available for guest use but are not physically located at Echota Ridge Boulders.

Policies and Rules

• Pets are not permitted in Echota.
• No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

• Cancellation policy: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of creation receive a full refund. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• All Echota homes have an additional amenity fee of $15/day, capped at $70 total per stay. For stays longer than 5 nights, contact the host to manually override the fee.

Parking Information

• Two cars can park comfortably at the property. Smaller vehicles may be able to fit four vehicles if double parked, but vehicles cannot extend into the road.
• Additional vehicles may be parked at the indoor pool/clubhouse a short walk away.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• Well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics and utensils is provided. A starter set of paper products is at the house: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These supplies are sufficient for one or two nights.
• Hair dryers are not provided.
• Towels and bed linens are provided.
• High-speed internet, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, washing machine, and clothes dryer are available.

Safety and Emergency Information

• 4WD/AWD and/or tire chains are recommended during winter months (November-March). Travelers visiting during the winter when inclement weather is possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be made for travelers not prepared with a suitable vehicle as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
